We've tried harder once again and have brought you Avis Preferred - the quickest and easiest way to rent a car.
Just let us know your Avis Preferred Number, where and when you want to pick up your vehicle, and we'll do the rest. When you arrive at the Avis rental location, show us your driving license, collect your keys, and get on your way. No need to give us your details again every time you rent!
If you rent more than twice a year, then Avis Preferred is for you. Join Avis Preferred today, and we will send your new card and details straight away.

Most Avis locations offer Avis Preferred members:
- Pre-prepared paperwork, your preferred vehicle pre-assigned to you
- Priority counters only for Avis Preferred members
- No need to sign each time you rent - just show your driving license

- Exclusive cabin in the car park for Avis Preferred members only
- By-pass the counter service, with you keys waiting for you in your car
- Electronic screens directing with your name and car parking bay number

Join Avis Preferred today
Joining Avis Preferred only takes a minute. To download the Avis Preferred application form, simply right click on the PDF icon below and select "Save target as...."
To complete the application form simply print it out, fill it in, sign it and fax it to +32 (0)2 726 92 44. Alternatively, you can post your application to (we are unable to do this all online as we do require a signature to process the application):

Update your Avis Preferred profile
- If you wish to update your Avis Preferred profile, download the Avis Preferred application form.
- There is no need to complete the whole form - only complete the details you wish to change or update. But please make sure you fill in your name and existing Avis Customer Number (or Wizard Number)
- Sign the form, and fax it to +32 (0)2 726 92 44. Alternatively, you can post your profile update to:

- Alternatively you can update your profile at any Avis location that offers Avis Preferred. You can update some elements of your profile over the telephone - just call xxx xxx xxx. We may have to send you a form if the change requires a signature.
